Logging in weight.

I decided not to log my weight in on MFP this week. Alfter almost 3 weeks of being sick and not exercising, this week is my first back. I've done cardio and two days of weight training so far, Friday will be the third. My muscles are sore and even though I've been right on track with my eating, I've actually gained a few ounces. I know that starting a new exercise routine, or going back to one (esp weight lifting) will make muscles sore and thus retain water, but it still sucks. :(

Anyone else have this happen?

    Yep. I gained 4 lbs overnight after an intense workout the day before. Drank extra water for 2 days and it fell right off!

    Yes! Water! I have been stuggling to get in 6 cups, so, I do need to up that as well. Thanks for the reminder, Shweedog. :)
