yes ma'am. the crappy thing is, its going to stick around for a while. when i go out on long bike rides, i will retain about 5# of water weight for 4-6 DAYS! You'd think that would encourage me to drink more water to help with the retention, but old habits are hard to break, LOL0

I have such horrible water retention. I HATE water lol. I was told to try coconut water. Gonna see if I can find it this weekend.0
