is it ok to eat more fiber and protein then allowed?

Absolutely - MFP actually sets a relatively "low" protein count... I upped mine to 30% (well 40% for a while), and now it is much more in line with my goals. Fiber is fine too - the likelihood that you'll reach "dangerous levels" of either is very low - it would take an EFFORT to get to those. keep at it!
**EDIT - PS: I am getting ~130g of protein per day on a 1750cal diet... from what i have read (please note to do your own research!), you are ok all the way 1.5g protein / kg weight0 -
i always try to eat more protein and fiber supposed to be good for you0
