Hey guys, this is my first Before/After pic. My goals are to gain lean mass (about 10 more lbs.) and get down to 5% BF.

Hey, yea I did mostly circuit training. 3-4 exercises back-to-back for 10-12 reps for each exercise. it gets the heart rate up and burns a LOT more calories than standard weight-training. 2 minutes rest then start the circuit over again (4 times).
My diet is CLEAN (I ate pizza last night for the first time in 4 months). Lean fish, chicken, beef. 40-40-20 carb/protein/fat intake. I do not drink alcohol at all (it kills your body's ability to metabolize fat).

Hey, I do ab circuits every other day usually at the end of my workout. I alternate with weighted ab exercises every other set. Focusing on my lower abs (hanging leg raises, captains chair, windshield wipers, swiss ball pull-ins). Upper abs I do a lot of weighted swiss ball crunches and ab wheel exercises.0
