Can anyone recommend a good, lower-priced multivitamin? Such as Centrum or something like that?
Thank you!
Thank you!

I love Flintstone Sour Gummies.0

I take the brand from costco, its generic I think. I got 350 vitamins for $10-15... almost an entire years worth for $15!!!! As long as you get a multivitamin then you are set.0

I like Nature's Secret and Origins...grocery stores and places like CVS, Walgreens, etc. always have vitamins on sale though. You should be able to find a good deal!0

When I'm looking to save money, I go with One-a-day women's active metabolism. When I can splurge, I LOVE getting vitamins from GNC, but they can be a bit pricey (My dh, who has an opinion on EVERYTHING, thinks they are the best).0

Most 1 a day vitamins usually do not have enough vitamins to reach or mantain a body that is constantly working out, trying to substain and possibly glow lean muscle while losing body fat.0

I swear by GNC vitamins, their ingredients are pharmaceutical grade, unlike grocery store brands. if you get a gold card or shop during buy one get one, it's worth it!!!0

I also take the One A Day Metabolism ones. Ive had good results from the amount of Iron in them.0 -
A homeopath recommended Webber Naturals to me as having vitamins in forms that the body can easily absorb. I'm not sure how they stack up pricewise.0

True, and most inexpensive vitamins aren't worth buying, I was just listening to a Jillian Michaels podcast and she says if you can't afford the more expensive ones then don't buy any because they're not doing anything for you!0 -

I double-second this sentiment....no point in buying them or taking them if they're not actually doing anything. I recommend Life Extensions brand, can be found online at www.lef.org. Not cheap by any means, but at least you'll know you're getting something for your money.0 -
the only vitamins i can take are the gnc womens active. any others make me sick to my tummy. thinking about switching to the metabolism ones next time i need some but a little nervous0

You take 6 a day of this vitamin so you are able to spread it out and get better absorption0 -
I use Publix Womens Multi...I like GNC brand (as I used to work there) but they make me sick! even breaking them in half.0

My trainer asked me the other day if I was taking vitamins...I told him One a Day and he told me "better make it 3-4 a day". LOL. Now I have to figure out what else I should take instead because I cannot take 3-4 of them a day.0

I buy the GNC pack...I believe it is be-Wholesome.0
