Pulled Muscle

I pulled out my kettlebell video this AM which I haven't done in 6 months. And I pulled a muscle in my leg. I knew when I was "stretching" that she hadn't had a good enough warm up for the stretch, but I followed the DVD anyway. Tomorrow is my rest day and I'm planning on a 10 mile run on Saturday. It's my rt calf that is hurting. I put on ben gay and took advil - what else should I do? I have a 1/2 marathon in 10 days and am so frustrated.
