When your head is in the clouds from all the endorphins... I love that runner's high!
  • When all I want to do is just sit down. No tv. Nothing. Just sit and stare blankly into space.

When you slip in the sweat on the floor that has dripped off of you during the workout and almost fall......

When you wash the clothes in the washer again because you can't reach in and pull them out.
When shifting gears is nearly impossible.
(My personal favorite) When the thought of standing up from the toilet makes you hurt so bad you just stay there.

When your sports bra makes a "SPLAT!" noise when you peel it off and toss it on the floor before hitting the shower! (Yeah... I sweat a lot during a tough workout)

    Totally feel this one!

When I am cursing Jillian Micheals or Tony Horton as I climb up the basement stairs on my hands and knees because my legs are so weak from all the lunges, jacks, and squats and my knees are so wobbly from the treadmill after all the lunges, jacks, and squats that I cannot make it up the stairs like a normal human. (I work out in the basement)

when you finish working out and sit down and when you get back up you can only take a few steps before falling to your hands and knees because your thighs gave out (this happened after the first day of 6 week 6 pack for me I was like DANG! did I really just fall...I was in pain from it, but I couldn't stop laughing because I knew I had gotten an amazing workout and had pushed myself that hard :) )

LOL! I did that the other day when I did my first time on the bike for 45 minutes! I got off and had to hold on to the bike for a minute!

you jump back onto the bike/roller blades and you can only push yourself to about 50 or 60 percent compared the previous workout.

You don't even have the energy to stand up in the shower afterwards and have to sit on the floor :D

You're all sweaty when you sit at the computer to log your exercise. Get up, take a shower, put on clean clothes, sit down at the computer... and the chair is still wet. Ewwwww....

When the sweat is literally dripping off of my face and body and I can barely make it up the stairs into my apartment.
  • When you're convinced mason fairies came into your bedroom at night and replaced your thighs and calves with concrete and bricks.

Same here... It really sucks when you are trying to put on make-up in the morning for work and can't stop sweating ;)

It really stinks, you feel like you have to lay on ice just to cool down!!!!

I have to hold onto the banister going down the stairs because my legs feel like jell-o

I don't even need to "workout" to get that feeling...my hubby does most of the work

... your car dies on the way back from the gym, just over a mile from home, and you consider sleeping the night in the car rather than walking the rest of the way!

(I sucked it up and walked btw)

When you have to ask your husband to stop working and pull your sports bra over your head because you just can't get it off.

NO, That Did NOT happen to me this morning, huh huh.!

Me neither. And he didn't have a hard time doing it because it was soaking wet and stuck to me....

Or when you look down and your shins and forearms are sweating!

Also you know it was a good one when you look in the mirror later that day and your butt still looks like it does when you flex! Thank you Jillian Michaels!

For me it was my abs hurting every time I needed to get out of bed or even in bed. My trainer kicked my abs butt so badly that one day it hurt to laugh or cough. But I def. understand the dreading sitting on the toilet thing, so sad. My first two weeks of working out you could hurt me going "ouch ow ouch" throughout my day.
