    Some good notes in there that I'll mess around with. But the 2 main ones, I can gaurantee, aren't even close w/out including tomatillos.

    yeah, after i posted it, i read it more in depth and it seems like the recipes are basically just guesses, some of which are apparently way off.. somehow i thought they were more official than that.
