I know being over weight doesn't help anything, but I am really bad about sweating. It can be 75 or 80 and sweat will start rolling down my face.. It's really embarrassing and annoying too.

Is there anything that can be done about it?? A herb or something??

I do the same thing.....as the weight comes off it should get better.....sweating is a good thing at least that's what the trainers at my gym says. Every time they see me pouring sweat they make a comment about how they wish they could do that. It cools off your body.....so not a bad thing. :flowerforyou:

It really is about being overweight...that will always make you sweat more. However some medications can also cause you to sweat a lot more than what would be normal for you....anti-depressants are know for this, for example. I'm sorry but I'm not aware of any over-the-counter solution. Hubby is always hot though, and we've gotten creative about ways to cool him off since we don't have a/c. Use ice packs on your neck/head, put a bowl of ice in front of your fan and point it straight at you, and for nighttime/sleeping, the "Chillow" is a godsend.

There's no nice way to put it, but it probably is because of your weight. Once your down closer to a healthy weight, and if you still have the same issue, i would talk to your dr about it.
