If I burn 225 cals walking or biking, should I count is as cardio? My HR is between 105-115 through out, so it is not in the cardio zone. Would I still count it or just leave it out?

Biking and Walking has been my primary source of working out for over 3 months. I count every time I go out.0

I go for walks regulary walking my dog and pushing my son in a stroller. I dont have a heart monitor but I count it in cardio under "walking mod pac-walking dog". I marked myself in my profile as sedative because I am a stay at home mother and the examples for lightly active were nurse and mailman and I feel I dont walk as much as they do. So unless you marked yourself and very active I think you should totally count it.0
