I actually posted my before/after pics a while back, but the quality wasn't so great.
Here are my before/after after doing Weight Watchers from November 2009 through August 2010. That's how long it took for me to lose that. I joined MFP in February because I gained a few back from quitting smoking.
The "before" (fat pic) is with my youngest daughter and the "after" pic is just this past Mother's Day with my oldest daughter.
