What are your questions?
I'm trying to think of ideas for the newsletter my friend and I write every week for Live Lean (check the siggy if you're wondering). Anyway it's about anything health, fitness, diet related and I want to make sure we cover the common questions that people have. So what are yours? We also want to write a product and book (diet/health or cookbook) review every week. Do you have any ideas of stuff you would WANT to read about and not be bored? Thanks for any advice!

People count calories and carbs but don't necessarily think about good carbs vs. bad, most don't even know the difference so talking about the RIGHT choices, not necessarily the least calories would be great0
