I am a bit embarrassed asking this, but what are some exercises to make it easier to be on top/be on top longer? I get tired very fast or my knees start to hurt. Is this something I will just improve over time with cardio or is there anything specific I can do to help my cause. Thank you! Sorry!!

Edit: Oh, I am female by the way if that changes things.
