Hi all. My name is Carrie. I am trying to motivate my self to lose my belly fat. I am also trying to eat healthier and exercise more. I see what happens when you don't on a daily basis and I want to do all I can to prevent that for me.

    Try logging in EVERYDAY what you eat...Plan ahead and EXERCISE is a must..... I usually go to spinning classes and have even tried Zumba.. We have to make losing weight FUN!!! Good luck!!!!!!!!
