I want to know also. My sister said 10 lbs.0

I noticed after about 10 lbs. I guess it just depends on how your clothes fit in the first place. Everyone loses differently. Good luck on your weight loss goals.0

It really depends on how overweight you are to start with....the more you have to lose, the longer it will take to notice it. A good analogy is to think of a roll of paper towel or toilet paper. When it's a fresh new roll, each sheet you take off doesn't make much a difference but when you keep going - it starts to really show!0

I've only lost 7 lbs but i have lost lots of inches! i finally fit into my size 5 skinny jeans! i mostly have been doing more of strength training than cardio.0

I've lost 17 and still wear the same jeans, they just fit a lot better now.0

After 10 pounds I realized the jeans I was already wearing were fitting correctly -- aka, the muffin top was gone!0

I cannot wait to be a size smaller!!

my clothes fit looser after 12 pounds or so, but i didn't drop to a smaller size jeans until i hit 18 lbs. then i went down two sizes. if i were you, i'd wait as long as i can to try on new clothes. that way when you have to drop three sizes you'll be out of your mind joyful!0

I noticed at about 9 lbs but I was also working with a trainer so I was losinig not just weight but inches. I am now at 36 lbs lost and have gone down 3 sizes in jeans and 2 sizes in shirts. Hang in there, it will happen.0

about 10 lbs with me0

I think it also really depends on where you carry most of your weight. For me it seems to be a size for every 10 or so pounds. I went from a size 24 or even sometimes 26 to an 18 so far and I have lost just over 40 pounds. But with shirts I went from XXL to L and that is probably the smallest I will ever wear, Larges are loose around my stomach, but still stretched about as far as they can stretch around the 'girls' they really only fit well if I am wearing a sports bra.0

It really depends on your body and where you are losing the weight. I've lost 9 lbs and I'm seeing lost of signs of improvement, but I am waiting until at least 15lbs maybe more to buy new jeans. I'm bottom heavy, and that's always been the hardest place for me to lose weight too.0

I'm down 6 lbs and haven't noticed any change in my clothes---I hope it's 10, it would be nice to have some looser clothes in another week or so!0

I think a lot of it depends on the brand of jeans. I've lost over 50 pounds and I still have one pair that only fits a tiny bit loose. But sizes vary widely. Try on another brand of jeans and you could be down a size. I have jeans in my closet in 5 different sizes and they all fit about the same.0

Yes, it definitely depends on where you lose you weight first. I tend to lose on my top first, so I might can go down a shirt size but not a jean size.
For my jeans, it takes me anywhere from 6-10lbs. Crazy range, right?

I'm down 30 lbs and I still fit into the same size jeans...I can go down a size if there's stretch in them, but they don't fit if there's no no stretch. It's kind of disappointing, especially since I can I have lost a lot of weight in my stomach.0
