How much avacado is too much?

I seem to be on an avocado binge lately. I’ll eat anywhere from 2 little ones to 2 very large ones a day. I was wondering how much is too much? I know they are a great source of fiber and healthy fats. Can it be bad to eat too much of the good fats?
Thanks,
Jillian

As long as it fits into your logging, I don't see a problem.0

A lot of people worry about avocados since they're so high in cholesterol, but I think that there's certainly a lot worse things you could be eating - the benefits of avocados are awesome!0

i eat at least 1 a day... sometimes 1.5. if it fits in your calories GO FOR IT!!0

As long as you stay within your fat goals, eat away! It is healthy/good fat.. variety is always best though. So, just make sure that isn't the ONLY fat you are getting. Also, I weigh all my servings of avocado by grams now... I used to use the "1/2 of a small avocado", etc., but, when I weigh it out in grams, it actually isn't as many calories as I thought I was eating.0

My dad eats an avacado every day in his lunch... I think it is a good thing... so enjoy!0

I aim for a good balance of carbs/protein/fat - not just a target calorie number. If I ate two avocados a day, I'd be way over in fat... even if it's good fat, it would throw me off balance. I can see occasionally having a lot of avocado in one day,but usually I try to eat it in moderation, like most things. For me, 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado is a normal portion.
2 avocados a day - regardless of the size - seems a bit excessive to me, even if it does fit into your calorie goals.0 -
The more fat the better! Eat fat to lose fat!! Enjoy your weight loss!0

Congrats on your weight loss, 32 pounds is great!! So if you are losing weight I wouldn't worry about it I suppose. They have great benefits... that said -- according to http://www.avocado.org/nutrition/ a serving size is 1/5th of an avacado, so the total fats from 2 would be 45 grams and 5 of that is saturated fat... so I guess the questions is does that fit into your goals?0
