But a hearty Hello nevertheless!
I've been using the app for awhile and I have recently decided to check out the website. I've already posted a few things, but I figured I should do a quick intro post.
I'm 27, married, have a cat, and am in school for my PhD. I am in maintenance mode and tone up mode and general "be healthier" mode. My husband is in weight loss mode and is also using the tools here. My cat is also being switched to a healthier diet ;-) - it's a family thing!
I know a lot about foods, calories, nutrition, and so forth but I have a tendency to "cheat" if I don't actually track so that's the purpose of my using the app/site.
My goal is to tone up, increase my strength, and stave off the effects of aging while becoming healthier.
I'm always up for talking to people about this or other topics, so feel free to message me if you would like to speak further or want a buddy.
