Just got back on the bandwagon in late May. I'm trying to take off some weight and get more regular about exercise (again)

Normally, I need a goal for exercise motivation (i.e. something to train for), so I need to sort something out there. I have done triathlons before but am not running at all this year due to a nagging ankle injury from 2009. Currently, I'm focusing on getting a bit stronger on the bike (i.e. riding longer) and, hopefully, getting the nerve up to ride outside of the neighborhood alone like I used to.

I'm also trying to watch what I eat, using the weightwatchers iPhone app. I lost over 100 pounds using WW many years ago and kept it off for some years, so I'm a believer.

Since May 25th, I've lost 10 pounds. That's about three weeks, so not bad at all. It's seems to come off in a big chunk, then stabilize for a while. I'm due for another chunk, now!

I'll take all the encouragement you can muster.:bigsmile:
