Sagging Thighs - Please Help!!!!

Finally I'm shedding some of the pounds. (So far 20lbs lost.. Yah Me!) I was getting out of the shower and began to rub on lotion when I realized inner thighs are sagging. The skin is kind of starting to just hang there. Is there a remedy? What can I do?

    Do you work out? I would think that exercising using your legs would be helpful, ie walking, running, biking, aerobics, etc

    I'm thinking you need to build muscle in your legs and that should help...such as lunges,squats, etc.

    Strength training!!! Google it.

    exercise and try ex-foliating and applying a firming lotion

    Strength training and toning exercises should help, but it only goes so far. Don't lose too fast or you will have a lot of excess skin. Your body needs time to pull itself back together. If you have a lot of excess skin, sometimes you have to have it surgically removed. :flowerforyou:
