HI all. I joined this site 4 months ago just after my mother passed away. Started at 303 lbs and as of today have lost 40 lbs. No real diet just changed my eating habits and joined the local gym. Wife and I go 4 to 5 times a week. Normal workout is interval training on the treadmill and weights on the machines. Best thing about losing the weight so far is how much more energy I have at night for my 3rd shift job and the great feedback I get from people praising the success I have had so far. Everytime I read article about quick weight loss diets and pills it drives me crazy. The only way to lose weight and get healthy is EAT LESS AND EXERCISE MORE. I love reading all the notes from people on here and really pushes me to go for my 100 lb goal by Christmas. Thanx for all the support fellow weight loss people.
