I run 30-45 mins, 5 times a week. Its really hot here now so I run inside at the gym on the treadmill. I usually run 5.2 mph. Last time I ran I noticed I was a little short of breath. Today I could only run 15 minutes then had to quit. I finished by doing 30 minutes on the eliptical with no problem. I don't smoke, I'm in great shape and I recently started a vegetarian diet. So I'm really confused as to why I had this. Anyone have any ideas?

Asthma can onset at any time. You should probably go to your doctor and get yourself checked out.0
