To talk about it or not?

I have been changing my diet and working out for the past four months. My husband has been very supportive of me during that time but hasn't expressed an interest in joining me even though he really needs to. I know him well enough not to push it. Earlier in the week he came home with a Bowflex fitness station that he has been saying that he would like to get. And today when I went to ride my exercise bike the settings were different so I think he used it since he was home early today. I want to show him as much support as he has shown me, but I don't know if calling attention to his behavior is the right thing to do. What do you suggest? Should I talk to him or not? Thanks

I think he got the machine to start out and that you should partner up and enjoy exercise time together but I wouldn't push him. Maybe ask him to help show you how to use the machine.0

Personally I wopuld wait on it, and if you still see the signs, give him a compliment and tell him he looks like he is losing too, maybe ease a door open for him to talk of it on his own.0

mention in passing that you noticed the machine settings were different and be excited about it. maybe ask if you can use the bowflex too. maybe if you don't say anything he'll think you don't care or notice...0

I wouldn't say anything to him. Wait for him to say something or he might just stop. You could talk about the bow flex if you like but I wouldn't mention the bike it just might make him stop.0

My husband and I were in the exact same situation, so I asked him  He said, "Well, he did it on his own so it's not like he's feeling embarrassed or pushed to do it. She should tell him how proud of him she is because guys really like to hear that their woman is proud of them." Beyond that, he didn't have anything to say lol!0

Just give him a big kiss to let him know he's doing stuff right, let him figure out what...0
