I try to only eat nutrient-rich whole foods, I don't cut out carbs or fats generally speaking. Just mostly nothing processed:

    Berries (everything)
    Bananas
    Avocados
    Spinach, other greens
    Carrots
    Celery
Fresh herbs, if they aren't growing in my container garden
    Omega 3 organic eggs
    Chicken breasts/tenderloins
    Sweet Potatoes
    Turnips
    Goat Cheese
Raw walnuts, almonds, pecans, cashews, pepitas, sunflower seeds, etc.
    Oatmeal/oats
    Sundried Tomatoes (not oil-packed)
    Quinoa
Whole wheat tortillas, penne, english muffins, pitas
TJ's grass fed new zealand cheddar
    Gorgonzola and parmesan
Whole wheat flour (to make pasta and pizza dough)
    Flaxseed meal
    Organic skim milk
    Non-fat sour cream
    Black beans
    Onions
    Garlic
    Cherry tomatoes
    Bell peppers, jalapenos, poblanos
    Zucchini
    Cucumbers
    Green onions
Wild, jasmine rice, whole grain mixes from TJ's
    Chickpeas
    Tahini
    Olive oil
    Frozen corn and peas
Dried mango, cherries, cranberries (no sugar added)
    Tofu
    Soy milk
    Black tea!
    Wine!
    Beefeater!

And then I raid my in-laws' garden for more tomatoes, snap peas, green beans, and whatever else they are growing (a lot!)
