    I feel your pain. Lat night, we spontaneously decided to eat out at The Olive Garden. When I got home and logged my meal it was over 1530 calories. That didn't include the salad and one breadstick I ate. Today is a new day!

    Load of SUGAR! When I was pregnant with my first daughter I remember the doc saying I was gaining too much to fast. I told him I was being careful and having smoothies...that's when I discovered those calories were HUGE! Watch out for the HIGHCALORIE Starbuck drinks too!! They are loaded with calories...no wonder all those highschool girls have muffin tops that are in line at Starbucks...Stop the madness America!

    If you have a jamba juice near you they have some light smoothies that are 180 calories for a 16oz smoothie. Most fast food places add ice cream, sneaky little jerks!
