I've bee loosing weight, but I want to know, what do I need to do exactly to loose 2.5 pounds a week? I understand staying under my calorie goal which for me is 1200 but when combining with excercise what is suppose to.be.my deficit? How many calories burned equal a pound? How much calories do I need to burn off in total a week for me to loose that 2.5 pounds a week!?

You have to burn 3500 more calories than you eat to lose a pound, so 8750 to lose 2.5 pounds. Doing that in a week - then doing it every week - would be very extreme.0

exactly right! although you can do it, its still possible... but you would have to either work out for probably 1.5 hrs a day and eat your daily calorie intake or a little less to lose the weight... but remember the smaller you are the harder the pounds come off!0
