i'm doing quite well at eating good and logging exercise minutes but want to do something more, i see posts about adding protein powder and wheat germ etc but haven't really got a clue about what they do or which would be best for me to use - if any.
i'm a full time mum and my profile is set to lightly active
thanks in advance for any advice/info

I wouldn't add them just because you see other people adding them. If you don't have the need for them, there is no reason to and it would just be an unneeded expense.
If you are not doing any heavy exercise (especially weight training) you probably don't need protein powder (unless you get NO protein from your diet).
I don't know what wheat germ does for you, so I can't speak to that....0 -
thanks, i was just wondering what it was all about0
