Hi all,
i know its not just me that goes through this but dont you hate it when your really motivated for about a week, and then one day you cheat and your motivation just subsides for x period of time..
ahh i hate it, i am going to hawaii in 30 days and just want to rid these last 10/13 pounds! (am currently 135lb)
anyone have any motivational tips? i just want to keep going for like a month ATLEAST..
i cant seem to stay motivated and i hate it.

eeerrm hello YOU'RE GOING TO HAWAII. If that's not motivation enough then you're mad. Put a picture up of what you want to look like and focus on it every time you demotivate0

I know what you mean...even if you have a really great 'reason' to stay on your game and motivated, you can still find yourself blah about the whole deal! So allow yourself to feel this way...for a few hours or a day or so...then the next time you realize you have been off track...decide right then to go get a glass of water, or to look up a new healthy/low cal recipe, or to do 20 situps or go for a walk. Little things can get you off track and little things can get you back on. I also will do something fun for myself..like take a book and go to the park...or rent a funny movie or something I've been wanting to see, go treat myself to a 'skinny' latte... Jump starting your positive self can take some attention...so do just that..and try not to beat yourself up for the times you don't.0
