Insanity Asylum

I am currently on my second week of asylum and wondering if there any body other than me doing the program. If so how do you like the program. I am loving the program and my body is adjusting quickly today the moves, but I hate that jump rope. I will be doing the asylum hybrid program next. Is anyone doing the hybrid and what it your intake on the hybrid

Hey! I'm been doing P90X hyrbids. Currently I do the resistance routines, then substitute the cardio with Insanity, Rev Abs, or Turbo Fire. I'm getting assylum next and hybridizing that also.
Congrats on your weight loss and picking solid workout programs that work!

Thanks I also did insanity, rev abs, brizal butt lift and chalean extreme. I can't wait today do the hybrid

Insanity Asylum huh...something new I have to look into! I plan on getting back on my Insanity Program come Monday since I am done traveling for a minute. Let me know how the Asylum is?

I'll admit I'm scared I finished Insanity and took off it to race train, I'm doing a P90X/P90X Plus Hybrid and 1/2 marathon training right now. I have to take a month off exercise due to surgery coming up but plan on starting Asylum in September after I recover. I've watched the videos and WOW, when Shaun T says "This isn't Insanity folks" YIKES. I still miss the weight training from P90X when I did Insanity and need to make sure that stays incorporated somehow.
