do you reckon are in a Take away Thai Chicken Green Curry & steamed rice?? It usually comes all together in that little white box with the handle. We always get something in on a Friday in work & I'm wondering what would be the healthier option. There are a few market stalls near us that do thai, Spanish Paella etc.
What do you think?

No idea about calories, but it'll likely be the sauce and rice that get you for fat/cals. Curry doesn't have a lot of fat unless there's coconut in it, it has lots of sodium if they use curry paste to prepare. I would try to stick with 1/2 to 1 cup of rice/curry and maybe get a salad from somewhere else, or some steamed vegis... Good luck, sounds delish.0
