good morning
i'm new to this site
i have just started a bet with some friend
and have gained weight !!
not sure why i keep doing this to myself

    i would forget the bet and concentrate on YOU and not on how much weight your friend can lose... I am a life time WW and just started this the other day and for now I LOVE IT...being on a weight loss program with a friend is great but don't be in competition with her...help each other ...

    Ahh right, sometimes it can motivate you.
    I'm following a low kcal low fat diet: 1200kcal a day and doing the 30 day shred dvd - although at the min i'm on slimfast as i want to drop quite a few lbs in 3 weeks ready for an occasion.

    I'd really reccomend the 30 day shred if your going to be dedicated though, and follow a sensible diet with it.
