Nothing Beige

I'm going to try this tip that a family friend said worked for her.
Not eating anything beige or take-out food,
I never realised how much beige food I eat, like sandwiches without salad its all just one colour,
Only eating colourful things means lots and lots of fruit and veg, I encourage you to try this too, obviously you can eat meat even though its not colourful
Good Luck

Good idea, I never thought of it that may, but it certainly may help! I'll try during my holidays.0

Also look out for "golden" food. The kind of thing that gets served as finger food at parties - always looks great and is very tempting - usually covered in breadcrumbs, or batter or is on a pastry base. The calories just add up so easily.0
