So Sick of 160s

This morning I had my "official" weigh in...161.2, which is what I weighed on Friday. It is 2 pounds less than what I weighed last Monday-But I can't seem to get off 161!! It's driving me crazy! :explode:
These next two weeks I'm busting my booty and I will be as close to 155 as possible by 10/10-My birthday!
I am bound and determined to hit 159 by the end of the week...Seriously-I'm fed up!
Maybe I can use all this anger/annoyance later on today during my spin class-I am really excited about that!!

I know the feeling...I've been weighing 166 for four days now...started at 166.4 four days ago...then 166.2...now 166.0.
I'm really tired of the 160's as well...LOL

I can't wait until I'm 160...that's only 5 pounds shy of my goal weight, only about 10 more pounds to go until I'm at 160!!!! I'm jealous!!!0

Ditto. 160s suck. I feel like I've been 160 something forever. I'm stuck between 164 and 165. Hovering blah. ahhh but patience is a virtue :flowerforyou:0

Yep...I feel ya too! I HATE the 160s! Been here for-EVER! I can't WAIT to hit the 150s!!!!!! ANYTIME....SERIOUSLY!!!!!!!!0

too funny....i'm in the same boat, stuck around 163-165 been here for months, getting more serious about it now, after being sick most of last week now i'm at 162.4 but i know that will change once i get my appetite back. i think being sick might be the kickstart i needed cuz i don't feel like i need to eat constantly right now, it must've cleansed my system of a bunch of junk i really feel like i can get back on track and get to my goal. Good Luck to everyone, we'll get passed this in no time.0

You will break through!!!! I found I got stuck on the threes... 173, 163, 153... I find that for my body, there was a number that kept coming up (I feel like I never even saw the other numbers, just did the big jumps!). It will happen.
Maybe don't weigh yourself between now and then, and keep doing your thing, and going to bed a little hungry at night, and you will break the plateau! Your birthday present to yourself will be the 150's!!!!!

Hi MK, just had to write because I too AM TOTALLY SICK of 162!!! I have been here forever!!! Would someone please come give me a good swift kick in the hiney to keep moving!!! URGGG!!! :grumble:0

Yesteday and today I weighed 159! WoopWoop! So I decided to update my weight and all on my signature. But what got me out of the 160s was a workout that totally kicked my booty! I changed things up and went to a spinning class at my gym-WOW! It really got me going!
Even with my junk-filled day yesterday, I'm still out of the 160s!
So that would be my advice-Shake things up. Do an exercise routine that totally pushes your limits! It makes things interestings and obviously aids in some weight loss!!
