Confused about BMR/calories burned on Goal page??

Can someone help, I'm confused!!
I have a few pounds to go to get to my goal (and it's not so much weight I want to lose, as the squidgy-jiggly fat, if that makes sense!) and have noticed that lately I'm always hungry - my calories are currently set at 1430, plus exercise cals, which should allegedly help me lose 0.5lb a week.
I've just gone to change my cals to 1600 and on the home page, it says that I burn 1660 through normal daily activity, so I would only then have a deficit of 60cals. On the tools tab, my BMR is 1327.
Sorry but I'm really confused about BMR, maintenance calories, and what you burn just by moving about and breathing :frown: If I want to make sure I now lose only FAT and not muscle, what kind of calories should I be eating?
I'm 38, female, 5ft6. Job = desk worker. Exercise = cycle to/from work 5 days a week, run 3 times a week (c25k), horseride for an hour once a week. Current weight 139lbs. I would like to be about 130lbs and able to fit a pair of UK size 10 trousers without squeezing!!!!
Can anyone help me please?
Thank you.
