Workouts for your love handles to your thighs?

Hi all,
I have been losing weight, but it all seems to be coming off of the top half of my body. That area is now where i want it to be andle now I want to slim down from my belly button to my knees. Any suggestions on how to slim down those areas and which excercises work best for them? Thanks all!!!!

I have lost MANY inches off my thighs due to C25K over the last 7 weeks. In just the last two weeks I have lost over 2" from each!?0

Unfortunately you can't choose where you lose weight/ fat from. Just be consistent, make sure you are eating 'clean,' doing some cardio and a few weight training sessions every week and you will get there. I have lost a bunch of fat from my stomach, but I feel like my thighs are exactly the same. Fat is stubborn!0
