I am 21 years old and getting close (within 10 lbs) to my goal weight. I tri and do a little strength training every week as well. I swam all my life and didn't build up my bones as much as most people doing impact sports would, so I know I need to include extra calcium (although I love milk and drink a lot of it). What would be the best (and most cost efficient) vitamins and/or supplements for me to take? Is a multi-vitamin sufficient or should I take a few extras as well?

I'm not having any specific problems that warrant talking to a doctor about, just looking for something general to make sure I am getting all the nutrients I need as I push myself to the next level of working out.

I use Nutrilite CalMagD. Women need all three to function appropriately. Nutrilite has been the #1 vitamin company for over 70 years because they are all organic. They even offer a tracking number for each bottle from seed to processing. So you can see how old the pills are. Some vitamins like Vit C lose potency after 30 days, so with more vitamins on the shelf at a store not having an expiration date on them, you don't know if what you're taking is even effective.
www.amwayglobal.com/bmoore4u will offer everything you need with extreme results! I use everything there!
    Hope I helped!
