Has anyone done these? They look legit and challenging but before I purchased them I wanted to hear if anyone had amazing results with them.

    I'd never heard of her before this post. But I looked her up and saw the video and it looks amazing!!! Low cardio and weights!!! My kinda workout... I think Ima order one..
