Hi cyber pals; I just became a member after reading one of my favorite magazines Cooking Light. The editor raved about the site so I decided to give it a try. I am a believer of food tracking. The weight I have managed to lose in my adult life has been through food tracking and exercise. I wish it would become a natural part of my daily activities. By joining this group it is evident I have fallen off the wagon one too many times. I am optimistic and hope this time with some support and tips from all of you I can stay on track.
