What are your exercise(s) for today? Today mine are 75 minutes stationary bike, general, and 30 minutes aerobics, general.

I hope you are having a great day, keeping your eyes on your goals, and drinking your water.

    stair steppers 40 minutes and 5 minutes stretch. actually thinking of another round of ballet body conditioning tonight if I still feel up to it after work.

    I usually try to walk an hour, jog 30 mins and do the 30 day shred everyday.

    40 km (round trip) bike commute to work.

    BUrned 209 calorieson the elliptical in 15 minutes (sweat is still drying) and I spent an hour+ walking up and down stairs in 5 120' tall production towers.

    Zumba, I finally have dance exercise shoes and can even turn. I missed the last 2 Fridays so it was challenging. Some new dances.

    Morning: 30 day shred - level 1
    Afternoon: 45min walk
    Late afternoon: crashed on the couch :yawn:

    30 minutes on the treadmill 2.0 incline at 5.5 mph, 30 minutes on the eliptical level 15, 30 minutes on stationary bike at 22 mph and finish up with P90X Chest and Back.

    3 mile power walk/job and climbed up and down 4 flights of stairs for teh finale! Have a great weekend!

    Today was a trainer day:

    5 minutes of treadmill at incline 3, speed 3 ....then.
    Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 12 reps
    Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 12 reps
    Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 12 reps
    Squats - 12 reps
    Sit ups - 10 reps....then
    Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 15 reps
    Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 15 reps
    Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 15 reps
    Squats - 15 reps
    Sit ups - 10 reps....then
    Leg Press Machine - 60 lbs - 20 reps
    Leg Curl machine - 50 lbs - 20 reps
    Leg Extension machine - 50 lbs - 20 reps
    Squats - 20 reps
    Sit ups - 10 reps....then
    Treadmill at incline 6, speed 3.

    Legs felt like jello. :-)

    I did a 1/2 hour very brisk walk on my lunch hour, and tonight I hope to try a new strength-training program I just discovered in a book called "Power OF 10"--it's a very s-l-o-w---m-o-t-i-o-n workout, that is supposed to keep the injuries away, and (theoretically) whip you into shape fast, with 1 - 2 workouts per week. We'll see!

    Wow....I need all the energy you guys have. I work at a gym (a really nice one too) and I haven't been able to bring myself to do anything other than teach my regular classes this week. Today all I did was take my daughter to the park and walk for 45 minutes. Hopefully when this cold goes away my energy level will be back.

    You guys are impressive....
