    Welcome, im fairly new, ive only been on here just over a week and am addicted at tracking my calories and chatting to people and reading their success stories, its such an inspiration, for once in my life I feel I can get the weight off.

    Thanks all. Yeah i've had the app on my iphone for the past two weeks and i've been obsessed with the whole counting calories and staying within my limits and it's really opened up my eyes to what i'm eating :)
