30 Day Shred...How do you log it in diary?

I just started it, but not sure how to log it? Circuit training? Aerobic?

    If you don't have a HRM (I don't), I've read to log it under circuit training as it's a mix of cardio and strength training so that's what I do.

    Yes, just log it as circuit training.
