So this is all new to me. I used to do weight watchers but can't afford it. I found this site and I think it's actually better. The calculator breaks down the foods which I really like. I was doing good with excercise and watching what I ate, but I injured my knee 4 weeks ago and gained back all the weight I lost. I was, and sort of still am, very discouraged about that but now I'm picking myself up and getting back to the gym and healthy eating. I just wish the weight would come off as quickly as those 12 pounds went back on. So now I'm back to 4:45am wake ups and packing my breakfast and lunch every nite. I keep telling myself this is it, this time I'm gonna do it, then BAM another road block of some sort derails me.
