5 years ago I was a sophomore in college ( 5'7" at 165lbs) and I began p90x and got great results. I soon after became obsessed with working and what i was eating and became "exercise induced anorexic" going down to a diguisting 105 lbs. after seeking help, treatment and nutrition counseling - a nutritionist put me on a 3000cal/day diet! i soon after became a binge eater and have been battling day in and out since then. i need motivation, help, support to sticking with completing the workouts again around my 12hr night shift schedule, as well as sticking with a diet that will keep me full and satisfied. i am an emotional eater and resort right to ice cream and sweets. please help me gain the strength and confidence to complete the workout routine. i was to lose about 20-30lbs and tone my body overall.
