confused if i should track work

Hey so here it is im a hairdresser and i spend on average 8 - 9 1/2 hours a day on my feet constantly moving... Heres my problem do i track it in my exercise diary or just leave it? Its a long time to be on my feet moving constantly.

    When you signed up for MFP it should have asked you what you lifestyle is (sedetary, active, very active) If you put your life as active (because you are on your feet and walking around all day) it has already taken that into account and set your calories for that, so no don't log it.

    I would change your lifestyle setting to lightly active or active- whatever you thinks fits best. That way, MFP will calculate that into your daily goals, and then you won't need to think about tracking it as exercise. If it is something that you do everyday, or almost every day, it will work much better to do it this way. You won't have to think about it, and you won't risk overeating because of it. Any extra that you do, like at the gym, you can track as exercise.
