    *note: I bought a scale this weekend, so I don't have to make an extra trip to the pool .lol.

    Just curious, what time of day do you guys weigh in, cause I notice like a lb. difference from my weight mornings and afternoons?

    I weigh in when I wake up before breakfast. usually around 9 something

    Hey Challengers! :)
    I've got a weigh-in from at least one person on every team except for team two and thirteen.
    If your teammates havn't weighed-in, PLEASE ask them too :) Today is the second and final weigh-in day. :) Thank you guys very much. The link to the spreadsheet has been posted, in case some of you havn't seen it.

    Some of you have asked where you post weigh-ins and challenge completion.
    Just post everything in this thread. :D

    Now, as far as the Challenges for the week, post in the thread if you have completed or not IF YOU WANT. they are not mandatory and They are as follows :)
    Mini challenges:


    Tuesday:
    Drink 8 cups of water
    Message your two teammates and get to know them :D

    Wednesday
    Stay under calories
    15 minutes of strength training

    Thursday:
    30 minutes of exercise
    9 cups of water- uh oh! :]

    Friday
    Stay under calories
    Comment on your teammates profile with an encouraging message :]

    Saturday:
    complete two miles of any types of exercise
    10 cups of water

    Sunday:
    10 cups of water. come on, it's the day of rest, you have time for water hehe!

    Didn't hear back yet - just wanted to try one last time to see if its too late to join this challenge - I was really hoping to find a team type thing to join to help motivate! I did notice you'd set teams already so thought it might be too late - but the thread still said "open" ??
