So after I burn all the calories I'm supposed to this week, do I just not work out for 3 days?

I'm confused, I do 4 work out's a week, and I hit my goal, what should I do in the mean time though? Just sit around? lol.

A little help would be apprechiated. :)

The only person putting a restriction on how many calories you can burn is you hun, If you want to exercise go for it! I don't set a goal i just do what i want and burn what i feel happy with!

keep going :) just because your goal says 110 calories a week, like mine, you don't have to stick to it! Exercise is not a bad thing to do extra of :) i walk to work, home for lunch, back, and back home every day, 130 calories total. but there is no way thats the only work outs i'm doing!

Edit: Oops that's not the right number lol, o well, you get my point :)

My weekly goal is like 3,200 calories, and I'm at 3,450ish. :P I just don't wanna over work my body, but I have a hard time staying still. Thanks for the input. (: I'll probably do something light today. ;)

you do need "recovery" time, but I wouldn't let it be 3 whole days! you will just surpass your goal if you do more... It cannot be a bad thing!

I totally agree! My weekly goal is 1850 and I have burned 5799, now if your body feels run down and needs a break, I think that is different!

Just make sure you are refueling adequately.

I drink TONS of water a day, expecially if I work out, lots of fruits and veggies... the occasional sweet because I have an addiction lol... but yeah I was thinking the 3 days was waaaay too long.

    I mean, I started 4 days ago at about 195 and I'm 192 now, so I think I'm doing fine. (:
