After spending 2 months in hospital after my car accident im back and ready to restart my weight loss Does anyone have any exercise tips I cant do anything stressfull to my knees just yet or any food tips :flowerforyou: thanks and Talk to everyone soon

    Bicycling is one of the best exercises, as it does not cause stress on the joints.

    Glad you're back and doing better!

    Wow, it must have been some serious accident!! Glad you are better and ready to restart on here. Just do whatever feels comfortable for you now. Don't start too strong. As far as food, try to eat fresh foods, fruits, veggies, lean meats...maybe do what was working for you before the accident but take your time. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:
