A Brief Intro

Hi,
I'm a college student who is usually active. I was not concerned about my weight until I stepped on a scale this summer and was 183 lbs. That is 18 lbs up since 3 years ago and I decided I wanted to change. I have done a fair amount of strength training over the past 2 years and would love to be able to see the muscles that I know I have under the fat. I have a solid background in athletics and athletic training which is a bonus...the bad thing is I love to eat and I am generally lazy
So my starting weight was 183 lbs
My goal weight is 165 lbs by Sept 1st and then ultimately 150 lbs at a date to be decided later.
I'm 5 ft 10 inches
I look Forward to meeting people on this wonderful site
