what sort of fings do u all have for breakfast/dinner/tea? i need some inspiration

    Breakfast most day...egg whites, fruit or Multi grain cheerios and banana.or Honey oats and banana...Lunch it varies..lean meat with a starch and green vege...portioned controlled and dinner..same lean meat w/1 vege..Snacks cottage cheese, nonfat yogurt, nuts, laughing cow cheese...things of that sort.. Hope that helps..

    Breakfast Kashi cereal with 1% milk and 8oz of OJ and a cookie.
    Lunch I've been making turkey sandwiches on whole wheat with cheese and a small bag of mixed raw veggies
    Dinner I've been having a TV dinner made by Healthy Choice, Lean Cuisine, or Smart Ones.

    I love Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal with 1/2 banana or berries in it, OR a Chobani Greek yogurt with 1/4 cup of a good whole grain granola in it, or an Herbalife protein shake if I'm in a hurry.
    Dinner: Usually a lean meat, lots of veggies, half a carb serving. I try to go lower on carbs but make them healthy.

    My favorite breakfast is two toasted Eggo Nutri-Grain Low Fat waffles with 1 1/2 TBSP fat free cool whip on each. If I have fresh fruit, occasionally I'll top it with that. W/out fruit = 163 calories, sweet and savory :)

    It can vary HUGELY! But yogurt or cereal (w/ fresh fruit if available) in the am.
    Sandwich or burrito from premade burrito mix for lunch.
    A big salad or chicken/pork chop/fish/lean meat plus veggie for dinner.
