Do you have a "damage control" ritual?

So on the way back from a recent 5K I stopped and pigged out at a Wendy's. It felt great... but, I felt very guilty afterward. I always drink a couple of glasses of fresh brewed green tea after a cheat meal. I have read that it helps minimize absorption of fat. Do you have a ritual that you do to try to minimize the detrimental effects of a "once in a while" binge?

I always try to eat a lot of veggies and fruits--every color I can find. It gives me a lot of potassium to counteract the high sodium of most cheats and a good dose of antioxidants to fight the dreaded inflammation that eating crap causes. I drink a little extra water, too.0
