my name is Emily and I'm from Az..I have had this app on my phone forever and never used it online until now. I'm currently trying to lose 10lbs by counting cals and working out. If someone could send me a message about the whole calorie deficit on how to lose 1lb/week and actually explain it that would help! Or tell me if I am doing it right...
I eat about 1200+ calories a day lately and burn about 350 on average...compared to what I was eating (probably like 2000 cals a day or little less and no working out) would you say I'm on the right track?
